First time ever being here all I can say is from the time I walked in the door the young lady at the front desk very polite and caring. Then they took me back to look at the cats the two young ladies in the exam room very polite and caring my cats normally don’t take to new people but they were very calm didn’t try to get away just sat there purring away. Then Dr Forman very very nice explained everything to me and was very good about everything compared to some vets just won’t you in and out don’t explain anything to you when you ask them.
